First Trailer for The Hobbit from director Peter Jackson

Featuring some of the same actors from the Lord of The Rings film series such as Cate Blanchett (Galadriel) and Ian Holm (taking up the role of Elderly Bilbo), The Hobbit is directed by Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings Trilogy) and set to release on Dec 14th 2012.     Is this still going to be a 2-parter? Since I see nothing in the trailer about Laketown or Smaug I’m going to assume this is just the first part.
