Great second issue of Grant Morrison's return to the Batman franchise. This issue focuses on Talia al'Ghul, while the actual Dark Knight only appears in a few panels of flashbacks. That I didn't even mind is a testament to Morrison's storytelling. This is also a great issue for those who didn't read the first volume of Batman, Inc. and who were somewhat lost last issue. Breaking away from the momentum of last month's issue was a risk, but Morrison pulled it off. 8/10
