K Shred you are using your muscles, which requires energy. Your body fat is the energy your muscles need. So
take that as a huge confidence boost and go find out now what the optimum levels for turning fat into muscle are! Something I realised after some serious
failed dieting though is that you don't get nothing for nothing these days so I'm sure you would agree that only way you can have the above is by investing
