Clicked the link in his forum signature over there and here I am. I had actually been looking for a site like this for a while, before I kept an inventory of my comics in an excel worksheet but I wanted something that could be shown publicly and would look more professional. Didn't realize how long it would take to enter everything into my account, so far I have only made it through 2 of my 5 short boxes. Anyway... This site appears to be made of awesome, and now that I have discovered it I will probably be around for quite a while. I look forward to any future additions to the functionality of the site that may come, not that there is anything wrong with what you offer now! |

Looked at and tried CCL but did not really like that and then came to this site and the rest is history.I think that it's over a year ago that I started to stash on this site and seeing all the work that's been done to the site I will be here for a long time. |

I was doing a google search for stories about comic books as investments, i checked out a few diff sites that came up and really liked the layout of this site, looks pretty easy to use. Looking to learn about looking after them properly, do's and dont's, stuff like that. I only recently just started to collect comics so only got a small collection so far, although according to the valuations on here my Hawkman #1 has gone up $100 from what i bought it for I cant find the Capt America Heroes Return comics that i have tho, if i have a comic that doesnt come up in the search, what do i need to do? |

I just put into the Yahoo search engine Crossed checklist and after at least 20 pages of searching, came upon a link to this site. Have to say I'm impressed so far. There's a few variants that I have that aren't listed but hopefully I can scan them soon. ![]() |

Most of the comic inventory software that I tried was full of unneeded fluff or too restrictive. This site is just great; it's heartening to see something like this that's obviously been created by comic admirers rather than someone trying to make a quik buck! Keep up the good work! |

With burning pain I transformed into THE GHOST RIDER. Yeah I was totally into Ghost Rider ten years ago and then I got married and moved into an apartment with a comic store up the street. (Mint comics for A DOLLAR EACH!) And I couldn't help myself. Got back into all of it and needed to document my collection. A Google search brought me here and I love it. Thank you so much! __________________ ![]() |

My name is Juan Cruz and I am a 31yo Spanish comic collector. Recently I just got fed up of the lame Spanish editions, so I am making a move towards buying and collecting just original ones. However I realized I do not keep the track of the actual numbering, and some titles had huge gaps (did I mention our editions are quite lame?) so I needed a tool to control my collection properly. I have to confess I had a look at subscription pages first, but their tools are Windows-only and I am a Linux user. So I googled for alternatives and found this place mentioned at some forum. This is really a great site and I congratulate you for the job you are doing here. Just forgive me if I come up with too many suggestions -I am kind of a perfectionist. Greetings! |

researching comic book cataloging software. Nearly all the software I found had some big flaw that kept it from working for me. Having a solution that is web-based is likely more flexible and can grow and evolve a bit more nimbly that a software solution. (IMO) So... here I am. (what initially inspired me to find a comic book cataloger was librarything.com, which my wife uses heavily for books.) So far I really like what I see. A feature I'd love to see is a tag cloud that represents what users are cataloging. Maybe such a thing already exists but I've missed it so far. (I've seen the tag cloud on the search page but it's unclear what that represents.) Looking forward to learning more about the site and its users! Cheers! |

Senior Member![]() ![]() Joined: 04 June 2010 | I love this site!!!! I was directed here by Australian comic artist Ross Radiation when I asked another forum (whcih focuses on horror movies) if anyone knew any good comic organisation software, and he directed me here. As an introduction my name is JuRM and I mainly collect small and short run seventies and eighties titles, and my unicorn is a full set of Hero for Hire/ Power Man/ Power Man and Iron Fist... I am currently about 20 odd issue short, but other than that I am trying to complete sets of Ms Marvel, The Human Fly, The Champions and others. Of current releases I really only read what interests me at the time, and don't really follow a title solidly... __________________ ***Number of Comics - 3371*** ***Current Value - $13,496.29 USD*** |

The tag cloud on the search page shows the top 50 tags from all users. __________________ Igor Nikitenko StashMyComics.com webmaster@stashmycomics.com |

Google search, and I think I linked to you from a review of comic-book databases. As I mentioned in another post, I finally was inventorying an unsorted collection dating back to the '70s. BTW, I plan to plug the site at my blog in an upcoming post.... Randy
