Cool cover art by Jim Lee! It started off good, but kind of dragged in the middle. The Punisher was too quick to judge on Ghost Rider, which didn't seem like something he would do. It seemed jumbled and pushed into the two of them meeting quickly. Flag Smasher is supposed to be a major bad guy for Punisher, but again, they just kind of toss you into it. It's an okay issue, but overall, I'm not impressed. The only good thing is that Texeira is moving from inker to artist.
