I missed this comic the first time I read through the Punisher MAX series but luckily came across it in the back issue section of my favourite shop. The MAX series is one of the best written series I've ever read and this annual is no exception. While I'm biased because Frank is my favourite character, this is still a great read. Told from the perspective of a guy who finds himself on the wrong end of the Punisher's wrath, he stumbles his way through the night trying as best he can to escape the fate Frank has dealt him. From asking friends and foes to even attempting to turn himself in to police nothing can help him avoid PUNISHMENT.
