The only reason I could rate this as high is that I have some prior knowledge of ROM, otherwise I don't think this book would have sold me on him or on the Action Man revamp back-up. The art was generally pleasant, with cool bio guns the Wraiths used, but otherwise the Wraiths that revealed themselves did not look that cool. I am mildly interested, if I got the TPB from the library or for few dollars but with things I actually might be excited to read, this falls to the wayside. I know the Marvel series lasted a while, but it was never GI Joe or Transformers level, so did IDW or Hasbro make any money on this--is there much of a fan base? As for Action Man, I got a snippet but don't know much why I'd read this over James Bond.
