It's sort of lame. The scripting is uninteresting, but at least the artwork is really good.

New creative team means new stories. They still focus so heavily on Steven Grant, and Grant is just a personality! The presense of Dr. Strange helps the issue, and really brings a new sense of thrill to the book. Bo Hampton's artwork is more handsome than anything. Very polished instead of sharp or jagged. The story isn't awesome, but it's not horrible either. Better than most of the series itself, but still not a great issue.
