This issue is mostly exposition on how Ms Marvel got her powers, how they work (especially her 7th sense) and how the dual personality works now. I don't know if this is going to change/evolve further or if this is going to be the status quo. I hope the former as that will be more interesting. The action was pretty good with Ms Marvel using her wits again to defeat her opponent. Penciler Jim Mooney did a good job on the artwork again.
