Synopsis

Following the bullet-ridden finale to the best-selling video game, Kane and Lynch decide what's best for everyone concerned is that they go their separate ways. That is, until a contract is put out on their collective lives for a huge bounty - and every assassin and two-bit goon around the world is gunning for the volatile pair. Can the unrepentant traitor and medicated psychopath work together once more to save their lives and get to the bottom of this blood-drenched conspiracy?

A decent introduction to the characters, but all the explosive action feels like it's trying to cover up a lackluster story. By the end, we're left a little apathetic to the duo's situation. Great dialogue between the mains, you truly feel as if these guys loathe and respect each other at the same time. All in all, a decent opening issue that leaves a little to be desired but promises an interesting story down the road.
