X-Factor really had no need to be in this issue other than to bring in the X readers, and even then, they would have been dissapointed. A good Ghost Rider story with even more interaction with Blackout. Artwork is good, storyline was decent this time around, and the Dan Ketch stuff grounds it in humanity, though it's very short. Not as great as the past two issues, but still good overall.
