This issue starts of slow with a lot of exposition about what Magneto has been up to since his last appearance. It's a bit redundant because it doesn't really impact the rest of the story. After all that is through the X-Men and Magneto have a fight. The X-Men still can't fight like a team and get defeated by magneto fairly easily. The discord in the team makes for some nice interaction and I liked the creative uses of his powers by Magneto. The action is all top notch and the artwork is gorgeous.
