A solid issue, and a step up from the previous storyline. Bums are dissapearing from the streets of New York, and it's up to Spidey to figure out why. Todd's artwork is great as always, and I liked seeing, if only for a very short time, Peter Parker enjoying being, well, Peter Parker. I think it was just an excuse to get Spidey into the black costume. It works. The story is just a little weak, but the Morbius parts make up for that. Good issue overall, and the cover is cool too!
Back in black...homeless individuals seems to come up missing...and Spider-Man is going to get to the bottom of things...literally...since it appears that the culprits take up their residence underground...and their leaders feeds upon the blood of the innocent...enter Morbius...
