In this issue the status quo on Ms. Marvels powers and dual personality are shifting again. As Modoks mind-ripper damages her mind and it is revealed that the powers of her costume are transferred to her. Most importantly it is shown that Ms. marvel has her own history separate from Carol. This made me want to know more about Ms. Marvels past en how she ended up sharing a body with Carol. The story in the issue was okay with Ms. Marvel battling Modok and a lot of goons. But the real appeal was the revelations and character development. The artwork was excellent again.
