The first half of the issue is a chore to get through. The focus of the story keeps hopping all over the place. There are people from quite a few issues back whom I had almost forgotten about who are back without any kind of introduction. Overall it felt very disjointed and way too heavy on the text. The second half is better as it gets to focus on the main story. i find it silly that Tiger Shark is in the shadows most of the issue so he can have a big reveal while I already know it is him from the cover. Apart from all that the art seems off on some of the panels as does the coloring. This issue really had the feel of being too rushed.
