The issue starts off with a typical super-hero misunderstanding brawl. Although goofy I like the Beast and Scarlet Witch cameos. It's a bit hard to believe that Ms. Marvel is able to produce a crystal scanner and pill that allows under-water breathing in a single night. After that it turns into a classic slug-fest again. The action is fun but there's little substance to it. The issue is suspenseful though and I liked that Ms. Marvel had to make sacrifices to reach her goal. There's also a first glimpse at Mystique and a hint at developing events which was nice. The art in the issue is up to the usual quality. All in all a pretty decent read.
