So horrific. Lots of dialogue and background with the red, which is all necessary. Nice tension in the end, and what a startling final image!
this feels like a very transitional issue, dominated mostly by a huge infodump courtesy of the Red. The tension did pick up toward the end, but the opening fight scene (featuring a hulked-up Animal Man) didn't do much for me. The visuals continue to be creatively shocking, especially the final scene.
After an excellent 1st issue, issues 2 and 3 had me questioning if this comic was right for me. Issue 4 hooked me again though, and I look forward to the next issue.
I love this series. The art is so eerily creepy that it is amazing. After each issue I can't wait till for the next issue to know what is going to happen next. Great series!
