The storyline was interesting the first two issues, but it's slowly starting to lose traction with me. I like the idea of commissioner being captured and in danger of being killed but the story builds up and sort of falls flat in this issue. Dollmaker escapes, commissioner and the missing girl are ok, Batman goes on vacation with a reporter girlfriend...meh. Batman/Penguin looks promising.
