Finally! Alec shakes off his depressive slump and springs into action, easily defeating William (too easily if you ask me). It's anti-climactic but the twist is, just as the events in Animal Man, it was all a ruse. But in this book, the effect is less dramatic. I can't exactly figure out why. The characters aren't drawing me in, the artwork looks kind of cramped, something's just off. However, The script gets out of the way of the story in this issue. So that's good. I want to like this more...
