It's difficult for me to be critical of most of this series given how much fun it seems Hama had. While it can be challenging to tell who is who in the early days of everyone wearing similar green uniforms and personality came out in small ways, & the dialogue was necessary to tell us who was who, it's still fun as hell. Cobra's plot is devious sci-fi and a lot of fun as they attempt to infiltrate the Joe's secret underground base, the Pit. Separate groups of Joes must use their cunning to free themselves from their own base and fight a 10-foot robot attempting to bring its master into the Joes' sanctum. Humor ensues because the secret base is under the Chaplain's motor pool & there's a party during the battle of smells & sounds.
