This is why I hate crossovers. They repeat everything that has been going on to get the other books readers involved. The art was nice looking but the Red Lanterns looked stupid and not like they do normally. This issue does nothing for the Red Lantern story and if it really needed to be done for the progression of Storm Watch it should have stayed in that book.
