The story in the book was pretty decent. They explain Mr. Toxic's past and who he really is. In a way, he sort of reminds me of a classic Batman villain similar to Clayface or something. Beyond the villain's background and what you learn about him, not too much happens in the issue. The BONUS story however... Well, let's just say we're going to see some Joker action in October =)
