Review in progress: Ignition story is engaging, with moody art that matches the mystery of who is freezing Keystone cops, as it seems Ralph Snart may be innocent. Shortly after Wally learns he's the Flash, he needs to explain himself to the JLA while his Rogues begin to coalesce into a bigger threat with the escape of the Top.
