I shouldn't be shocked but Kirkman did it again! I was jerked to attention while reading this first ish'. I didn't expect our man Kyle to step up like that. After all he's been through it's a wonder he isn't in a facility himself. I personally have heard many accounts as a kid growing up in the church of demon procession. Scary stuff. It probably makes the comic more credible for me. My last thought has to with the successful formula behind this series (so far) and The Walking Dead. Create quality characters with great backstories and regularly present them with conflict. Simple right? These guys make it look easy.
