Yes, I am going to be the Debbie Downer here. A serious major character death? Good idea. What's a bad idea? Doing it within the pages of the cartoony, infantile title "Batman Incorporated", wherein the art style looks more like something out of a Seth MacFarlane cartoon than a Batman comic.
