Synopsis

How does Earth relate to the CrossGen Universe? Who is buried there, waiting to be revived? Superstars Mark Waid, Steve Epting, and Rick Magyar bring the newest CrossGen epic to life! On a planet long dead, the sleepers of an ancient race lie beneath the ocean's surface, patiently awaiting their resurrection. For millennia, they have dreamed only of recapturing the peaceful, happy lives they abandoned long ago. Unfortunately, the world into which they awaken isn't a dream, but a nightmare ?? a horror of chaos and destruction which will transform them either into heroes... or into corpses.

This comic is an interesting take on the Atlantis myth, as well as a future look at Earth. The art is well done and the story flows without any confusion. Worth reading... so far
