I truly get captivated in a comic when I can see the story unfolding before my eyes like a massive movie screen playing and blocking out any outside interference. This is a book that does this. Amanda Connor's art work in silk spectre is some of the best I have ever seen and she is definitely an addition to the short list of artist that I will always pick up because of this. Her and Darwin Cooke both write captivating stories that make me not want to put this down. It feels so much like a movie that I find myself craving a tv adaptation of these stories! Warner Brothers and DC would be doing us all a massive favor if they would just milk the watchmen universe a bit more and give us Netflix type mini series about these characters.
