The first thing you notice is the awkward art, but luckily, that turns out to be the worst thing about this issue, and it gets really good for there on. (Not that the art is terrible, just a little out of place for anything Batman related.) The story itself is A+ Harley being as evil as she can be and still be the lovable clown girl that every Batman fan likes, and that is what makes the issue so good.
