Awkward art, but that is completely made up for by the compelling story. The reader feels for Clayface as a Bat villain who is trying to do his best in a world now controlled by the Secret Society. At least since the 1990s, Clayface has always had a sad, tragic demeanor, which is a good thing. I like him when he's like that. It's a lot more interesting than just "a rampaging monster". And this issue does a good job of continuing that tradition.
