One of the best issues of DC's 2013 Villains Month. In the top 10 of issues released that month easily, and maybe in the top 5. The artwork is outstanding all around, and Man-Bat is a character that the New 52 has improved greatly upon. Added to the character's mythos is a heavy emphasis on a Jekyll and Hyde storyline going on with Dr. Kirk Langstrom/Man-Bat. That part of Langstrom's backstory in on full display in this issue. It reminds me of when the 90s "Batman: The Animated Series" added complex backstories for various characters.
