Busiek and Anderson continue to put out one of the best super-hero books on the market. This issue explores the origins of Winged Victory and explores her relationship with Samaritan, giving us a deeper look at two of the most established characters in the Astro City canon, but still finds new ground to break with them, and sets up what looks to be a very compelling tale. Brent Anderson's storytelling is top notch doing everything necessary to tell Busiek's story visually with style and grace.
