A solid start, if not a slightly confusing one. It's Punisher, through and though, with baddies dieing and building parts flying. They're trying to get into the meat and potatoes, so to speak, of the Punisher, but is that even possible? Bring him more real world, with his military and police background, round him out with a solid supporting cast, and make him EMOTIONAL. The fixins are there, so we'll see what they have in store for the next few issues. They do make a good point though: "Not everyone's afraid of the Avengers..." Very true,indeed.
