Engines of Vengeance
I was in love immediately. The story is tight knit and compelling, telling a simple story rich in character. Robbie is an extremely likable and sympathetic hero, focused on caring for his disabled brother, and getting caught up in an urban war beyond his control. The artist and writer both CLEARLY know life in the inner city and the setting is the beating heart of the book. Go in with a curiosity for how Marvel decided to re-imagine Ghost Rider as a concept. Cautions: This story can be rough. The tone of the book is desolate at times and there is frequent use of an unpleasant slur amongst otherwise censored swearing.
