Much better than the Question Annual it ties in with. Question is trapped on the tropical island they were at last issue, and it's up to Green Arrow to save all of Hub City! Dennis O'Neil writes Green Arrow much better here than he did in the Question Annual. He seems much more like himself, and not some bumbling idiot. The plot flows much more smoothly here, and ties up quite nicely. Ed Hannigan's artwork shines here too. A much better end to a rocky start, but a goods story nonetheless.

Annual 2 was so much better. The art was very good and the story was much better.
