A slight bit disappointed but then again my expectation have been jacked way up for this issue. Disappointment aside this was an interesting issue which is clearly setting things up for the overall story arc as well filling in bits of "New 52" Batman history. I have the (sinking) feeling we will see a lot of old history go by the wayside only to be changed for the sake of changing it. On the upside this may give Snyder a chance to patch up some of the gaping holes left by the reboot. Snyder generally does dialog well but this was a hell-of-a-talky issue with dialog that served to pass information as oppose to the usual character work. Still, rating this 8 of 10 because even a disappointing Snyder/Capullo comic is a damn fine book.
