An excellent second issue to an awesome series. By now, it's apparent Dark Knights: Metal is the "macabre, but quirky" kind of Scott Snyder story, like the last fourth of his run on Batman. Which I don't mind at all. He is clearly having fun writing this, and I'm having fun reading it. It's an added bonus that Metal is both bringing back forgotten characters and expanding the DC Multiverse.
