Synopsis

After a raccoon swipes his magic collar, Merle the Miniature Schnauzer starts uncontrollably turning into a giant monster dog from another dimension. It's mostly Richard's fault that this happens so now Blasto has to help track them both down. Just another night in Freak Out City.
