Having not read a lot of 70's era Teen Titans books, it was hard for me to tell which team exactly these Titans were. But that aside, this books has two stories. The first entails the (Teen ?) Titans getting pulled into a college campus where students who protest the college suddenly go missing. The second was a reprint of Doom Patrol #86 from 1964 which introduces us to a team of villains called "Brotherhood of Evil". Subtle, huh? Like all Doom Patrols stories it's bizarre and strange and full of angst. Both stories offered nice artwork.
