This is some crazy stuff. Two stories in this issue. The first story (an original) is called "Multi-Man Rules the World!" and pits the Challengers of the Unknown against the corniest of villains in the DC Universe, Multi-Man. This guy looks like a cross between Vincent Price and Sinestro. The most bizarre thing to me was his costume which looks like a one piece bathing suit with a collar. I have no idea why the artist thought this was intimidating, accept maybe for the fact that no one looks good in a bathing suit. Anyhow, this is pure silliness involving one the best misunderstandings of nuclear explosions work I've ever read. The second story is a reprint of from Doom Patrol (1964) #88.
