This issue is mostly setup for the next story lines. The pacing slows down and there is a lot of exposition. But it is still an interesting issue with some great character interaction and a good cliffhanger. The extra story is also nice. But I feel like they dumbed Xavier down for the sake of the story. It just feels out of character.
