The Mob is fed up with losing their men to an unknown assailant. Finally deciding that Spawn is the killer, they send hit men to kill him. When Spawn defeats these attackers, the mob calls in Overtkill, a cyborg assassin. This foe is unlike any Spawn has ever faced, so he flees their battle to prepare. Luckily, he knows a secret armory stacked with the latest firepower.

Overtkill is an awesome bad guy for Spawn. I also really liked Tony Twist, the mafioso lord who hires Overtkill, was great. I hope I get to see lots more with both men in Spawn.
Great start to a new storyarc. Overtkill is huge, massive, big as a house, and has a sense of humor to boot. Spawn won't use his powers, so he has to use the skills he's already got to beat this new threat. The homeless have taken a liking to Spawn, as he's now starting to warm up to them as well. Good story, great art, prime Todd Mcfarlane.
