Spawn is suddenly felled by painful flashbacks of his own death. But he shakes off the memories and visits Mob consigliere Antonio Twistelli, telling him that he welcomes a rematch with Overtkill. They meet at midnight, fighting to a standstill before Spawn pulls out his heavy weaponry. Even cybernetics offer no protection from such powerful ordnance, and Overtkill is defeated.

So, this is a nice change: Spawn with weaponry! It's a nice bookend to the Overtkill story, and I'm looking forward to seeing him more in the future.
A good, but short, end to the Payback storyline. Mcfarlane made Overtkill out to be this uttery unstoppable beast, but he was beaten too easily I think. We are given more insight into how Al Simmons was killed, but not all the questions are answered yet. Good stuff so far!
