CIA chief Jason Wynn suspects Terry Fitzgerald of compiling damaging information against his bosses. He considers disposing of Terry the same way he disposed of Al Simmons. Elsewhere, the bums celebrate the safety Spawn has given them. The celebration takes an ugly turn when a bum tries on Spawn's mask, only to be nearly strangled by it.

So, we find out who 'killed' All Simmons, and boy is this a surprise for him, and us!
Todd Mcfarlane comes back to writing duties on this issue. The dream issues are over. The Creeps and Nerds have been eliminated. One major question is answered, and that is "Who was Al Simmons killer?" The cover tells it all, but if you can't figure it out from there, the last page has the answer. Art is great, the story is wonderful, and there are some fell good moments there too. Foundation is being set for something major in the future too. Good stuff!
