**SPOILERS** This is a great issue, for many reasons. Firstly, at the end of the previous issue, Count Nefaria announces he's going to capture Washington D.C. and hold it for ransom. So, with the help of an indestructible shell, he does that. He uses his machine to make faux X-Men to ask for 100 Million Dollars, and then Prof. X has to come to the rescue with his prototype legs! Wowee! Yes, that just happened, folks! Add in the obscure villains like Scarecrow and Eel, and this is one issue that shouldn't be missed, fan-people!
