Batman and the Punisher team up to find Jigsaw! It's the Jean Paul Valley Batman here, and good ol' Frank Castle in Gotham City. The way Dennis O'Neil wrote this, it's like the Punisher and Jigsaw were already a part of the DC Universe. There are subtle hints of a larger part of the Marvel Universe, but that's it. Aside from Barry Kitsmon's artwork, this is not one of Dennis O'Neil's better stories. It doesn't really seem to serve any purpose except for them to fight each other.
