I would absolutely vote Hundred for mayor, maybe even president. Of course, I'll first need to know where he stands on the issues like media censorship and progressive energy solutions. [tongue in cheek] This series will fit the bill if you want a sophisticated, political, superhero drama. I've always understood Miracleman to be a commentary on what it would mean to have a real-life superhero in the world. Add this com to the discussion. Way to go Brian K. Vaughn. I love the back and forth between past (shown in darker tones) and present (shown in lighter tones). The characters are ones you can get on board with right away. And now that I think about it, there is a decent amount of sarcasm in the dialogue. Suits me.
