Fan Film Friday – The Silver Surfer / Elecktra: The Hand and the Devil

Strap in and hold tight, this week for Fan Film Friday we’re going all out Marvel!  So far, we’ve seen quite a bit of Batman, some Superman, a few videos that have a mix of a lot of different heroes and villains, a look at the bad-assness that is Casey Jones, and so much more.  This week, we’ll take a look at The Silver Surfer and the relationship between Daredevil and Elektra.  Start popping that popcorn ’cause the movie’s about to start!

The first film I’d like to have you watch is The Silver Surfer.  Now, this movie was made way back in 1994, so we can’t expect too much out of it.  What blows me away about this is that someone was dedicated enough to take the time, and money, to make a Surfer movie like they did.  It also has that low low budget Fantastic Four movie feel to it as well.  That could be another reason why I like this one so much.  Without me rambling on any further, let’s g’head and enjoy The Silver Surfer!

For 1994, that’s pretty awesome!  Let’s move on to our second video.  This video comes from Blinky Productions, one of the leading producers of fan made content.  He’s literally done everything from Street Fighter to Hourman.  This film is one of my personal favorites, and I think one of his best. So sit back and enjoy Elektra: The Hand and the Devil!

Was totally surprised by the Silver Surfer one! Expected something putrid and horrible but it turned out not so bad and kind of cool actually.

    Haven’t watched Elektra yet.

The Silver Surfer I saw on atom films the first time over ten years ago, lol! When I first saw it, I was actually quite mezmerized, seeing as that was teh coolest live action film that had a Marvel character in it.

That headbutt at 7:30 of the Elektra one looks pretty real!
